Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, as all items are made to order. However, a refund or replacement may be issued in the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product. Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.


Can I return an item if I change my mind or order the wrong size?

Because each product is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order. We are unable to accept returns due to sizing errors, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.


What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery using our contact form and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.


Do I need to ship anything back?

No, we do not require you to return the item. Just submit your order number and visual proof of the product being damaged, and we’ll resolve it from there.
