How do I place an order?
To add items to your cart, click “Add to cart” on any product page. When you're ready to check out, click the cart icon in the top-right corner to view your order summary, then select “Check out.” Account creation is not required, simply enter your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.
Where are products made?
As a U.S.-based business, our products are produced and shipped primarily from within the United States. If you're ordering from outside the U.S., please note that delivery times may be longer, depending on your country’s location and postal service.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because each item is made to order, we are usually unable to cancel orders once they are submitted. However, if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately using our contact form. We’ll do our best to make adjustments if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
What if I haven’t received my order?
If your package seems delayed or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out using our contact form. Be sure to include your order number, and we’ll look into the issue as soon as possible.
